1. Select a Bike
• Chop Shop 2.0 now has a total of eight bike models that you can customize.
With hundreds of new parts at your disposal, you can even change the stock models
that we have into other popular types.
2. Select a Part Category
• Chop Shop allows you to select from a wide variety of part categories
that include wheels, handlebars, exhaust pipes, and much more...
3. Select a Part
• With hundreds of parts in our database, Chop Shop will provide hours
of enjoyment. After selecting a part category, simply click the part menu to
view the
options available for that particular category.
4. Select a Paint Theme
• Version 2 now has an advanced paint system that allows you to use any
solid color, paint with pre-built patterns that you can customize, and even
import your own
graphics.
5. Stage Area
• The stage area is where the 3D bikes appear. In this area, you can control
the bike by rotating, zooming, and panning the camera. All customizations that
you select take place immediately in the stage area.
6. Views
• Chop Shop's preset camera views allow you to focus on a particular area
of the bike quickly and easily.
7. Animations
• Want to see how those wheels look while they are moving? Click one of
our five animations...
8. Controls
• Chop Shop's new interface was designed to let you control the stage
area with ease.
9. File Commands
• Save and load your customized bike files for future use and for sharing
with friends or shops. Clicking "Estimated Price" will also give you
a breakdown of the total cost for your project. This version also allows you
to save a screenshot of the 3D scene and print the bikes directly from within
the application.
10. Price Calculator
• Chop Shop has the ability to calculate the cost of your customizations
dynamically...or "on the fly."
11. Help min/max buttons
• Access these help files or close the program by using this portion of
the interface.
