Problems


Problem: The bike looks weird or wrong. Things seem invisible even when fully zoomed out. There are triangles in strange places.

Solution: This is most likely cause by outdated drivers for your video card. Drivers will be available on the web site of the company that made your video card or computer. Virtual cycles also suggests updating your Microsoft DirectX API. You can download the latest version at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.asp.

Problem: The bike and interface takes a long time to load.

Solution: This is most likely caused by your computer not being up to the system requirements which are the following:

Windows Only

• Intel® Pentium III processor (or higher)
• Microsoft® Windows® 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows NT® with Service Pack 6a, Windows 2000 with Service Pack 2, or Windows XP
• 64 MB of RAM (128 MB recommended)
• 50 MB of available hard-disk space
• 256-color monitor capable of 800 x 600 resolution
• Directx 5.2 or OpenGL (recommended)
• 3D accelerator (recommended)
